As the project leader, I have led and completed research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Jiangsu Science and Technology Support Program (Social Development), the "Six Talent Peaks" in Jiangsu Province, as well as special grants from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Published nearly a hundred professional technical papers in various core journals at home and abroad (including several indexed by SCI and EI), won 7 scientific and technological progress awards from the Chinese Medical Association, Jiangsu Province, and the military, applied for 1 national invention patent, and participated in the writing of 12 monographs. It has been successively rated as "Excellent Young and Middle aged Scientific and Technological Talents", "exemplary individual Learning to Become Talents" and "122 Project Key Talents" by the Nanjing Military Region.

Executive member of the Expert Committee for Experimental Diagnosis of Immunological Diseases of the Chinese Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, member of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Equipment Association, member of the Clinical Immunological Laboratory Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, fourth executive director of the Jiangsu Immunological Society (and vice chairman of the Science Popularization Work Committee of the Provincial Immunological Society), standing committee member of the Pharmaceutical Equipment and Medical Devices Professional Committee of the Jiangsu Medical Research Association, vice chairman of the Biochemical Quality Control Professional Committee of Social Medical Institutions in Nanjing, and also serves as editorial board member of multiple journals such as Clinical Laboratory Journal and Medical Graduate Student Newspaper.
