Volunteer Service with You: Our college has started recruiting winter vacation volunteers

Taikang Xianlin Drum Tower Hospital, affiliated with Nanjing University School of Medicine, is the first large-scale tertiary comprehensive hospital under Taikang Insurance Group that integrates medical education and research. In order to continuously deepen the "patient-centered" service concept, provide patients with intimate, comfortable, and warm medical services, and to enhance the understanding of the hospital among people from all walks of life, and to provide a more concentrated and effective social practice platform for various groups of society, we are now recruiting volunteers from society and college students to join the hospital's winter volunteer service team.

01 Recruitment Information

Recruitment targets: college students, caring individuals in society, children of our staff, and high school students.

Recruitment criteria:

Between the ages of 14 and 65, with the ability to take responsibility for their own behavior, good health, enthusiastic service, love, and willingness to participate in volunteer work. Volunteers under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their guardians before participating in volunteer service work;

2. Adhere to laws and regulations, consciously abide by the hospital's rules and regulations, obey work arrangements and management, complete volunteer service content on time, and consciously maintain the hospital's image;

3. Has a certain level of execution ability, is physically healthy and free from infectious diseases.

Service time and location:

1. Time:

December 2024 January 2025 (Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays)

8:30-11:30 in the morning, 1:30-16:30 in the afternoon, and 5:00-20:00 in the evening. The above times are freely chosen (you can choose any one or all)

2. Location: Outpatient Department of Phase I and II of Taikang Xianlin Drum Tower Hospital, Emergency Room in the Evening

job content:

1. Medical guidance: assist patients with medical guidance, self-service registration, payment consultation, printing examination and testing reports, etc;

2. Patient counseling: Maintain civilized medical order during peak hours for counseling, and shorten the waiting time for patients in line;

3. Civilization advocacy: carry out tobacco control propaganda, health education, garbage classification, maintain medical environment hygiene, etc;

4. Assist in completing other volunteer related tasks.
