The eyes are the windows to the soul, and how to take care of them is the most concerning issue for everyone, especially for ophthalmologists. Since more than 20 years of practicing medicine, I have continuously learned ophthalmic knowledge, from basic knowledge to clinical practice, from cell experiments to live surgery, accumulating rich experience and striving to become a qualified ophthalmologist. In 2011 and 2015, I participated in two medical teams to aid Tibet. For the first time, I performed cataract surgery, eye tumor removal, simple vitreous surgery, and eye trauma treatment at a hospital on the plateau. I explained the new progress in the diagnosis and treatment of common clinical diseases; Multiple beneficial suggestions were put forward to them in department management, which received attention and recognition from local hospitals and department leaders. I usually promote ophthalmic knowledge to everyone and go to school to tell children how to protect their eyes and prevent myopia; Go to the enterprise and tell the workers how to prevent and treat eye injuries, and how to control dry eye disease; Go to the community to check the eyes of elderly friends and tell them how to treat cataracts and prevent eye diseases. Provide clinical guidance and theoretical lectures for interns majoring in optometry at Nanjing Medical University, Anhui Medical University, Jiangsu University, and Jinling Vocational and Technical College in hospitals; This experience was published in the form of a paper in the journal "China Medical Education Technology".
