After graduating from university in 1994, he worked in the emergency department of Luzhong Hospital (a comprehensive Grade II Grade A hospital) in Laiwu City, Shandong Province. In 2005, he was admitted as a postgraduate majoring in geriatrics of Mount Taishan Medical College. In 2008, he worked in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Shuyang County People's Hospital (a comprehensive Grade III hospital). In 2011, he studied in the ICU of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital. In 2017, he applied to work in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Taikang Xianlin Gulou Hospital.
