Graduated from Nanjing University School of Medicine and studied under Professor Qiu Yong from the Department of Orthopedics at Gulou Hospital. During my studies at Gulou Hospital, I received rigorous and formal training in scientific research and clinical skills. During my graduate studies, I was a major participant in the National Natural Science Foundation project on the study of gene polymorphism in idiopathic scoliosis, and published over ten related papers. For over ten years in the medical field, Dr. Xia Caiwei has always adhered to the medical philosophy of creating a masterpiece with each surgery and making friends with each patient. He works diligently and wholeheartedly to serve patients. He always believed that doctors and patients were comrades in the same trench, and diseases were their common enemies. Only by working together and trusting each other can doctors and patients overcome diseases.

Currently engaged in clinical work in orthopedics for over ten years, working at SPINE, BMC, Published over 20 papers in core journals such as the Chinese Medical Journal and the Chinese Journal of Orthopedics and Traumatology. Mainly skilled in surgical treatment of complex limb trauma fractures, minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery for the treatment of meniscus and ligament injuries in arthritis, and diagnosis and treatment of degenerative diseases of the neck and lumbar spine.
