Formerly served as the Deputy Director of General Surgery and Director of Thyroid and Breast Surgery at Nanjing First Hospital, a member of the Thyroid Cancer Professional Committee of Jiangsu Anti Cancer Association, a member of the Breast and Thyroid Endocrine Surgery Group of Jiangsu Medical Association, a member of the Jiangsu Medical Expert Database, and a member of the Expert Database of Jiangsu and Nanjing Medical Accident Appraisal Committees.

He has been engaged in clinical work for 40 years, especially good at breast conserving surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy, primary and secondary breast reconstruction and functional neck lymph node dissection for breast cancer. Published dozens of papers in domestic core journals and international authoritative journals, won the second prize for new technology introduction from the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Health, and was awarded the title of "Famous Doctors Elected by the People" trusted medical expert in Jiangsu Province.
